Steel plate production lines are classified into five categories according to their processes: hot-rolled steel plate lines, cold-rolled steel plate lines, medium and heavy plate rolling lines, steel plate deep processing and finishing lines, and steel plate pretreatment lines. They cover the entire process from steel billet to finished thin/thick plates and are suitable for infrastructure, automobiles, home appliances, shipbuilding, steel structures and other scenarios.

Steel Bar Production Line

Core equipment includes: loading platform, walking beam furnace, high-pressure descaling box, alternating horizontal and vertical rolling mill, water cooling line, multiple-length flying shear, walking beam cooling bed, fixed-length shear, automatic bundling machine, and PLC fully automatic control system.

Steel Pipe Production Line

Steel pipe production lines are divided into two main categories: seamless steel pipe production lines and welded pipe (welded steel pipe) production lines, complemented by deep processing and finishing lines.
